Our story
ProdBlie started from a simple frustration: most of what gets written about software is either a polished launch announcement or a hot take with nothing underneath it. The interesting part — how a thing actually got built, what broke, what we'd do differently — almost never makes it to the page.
So we built ProdBlie as the place to put that part. It's a publication on technology, AI, and the craft of building, written by the same small team that ships the products. When we launch a feature, you get the engineering decisions behind it. When we run the numbers on something, you get the data, not just the conclusion.
Everything here is built in the open. We'd rather show the working — the trade-offs, the dead ends, the things we got wrong — than pretend software arrives fully formed. If a single post saves another builder a week of the same mistakes, it has earned its place.
