DMCA Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
ProdBlie respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the principles of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how to submit a copyright complaint and what happens next.
Submitting a copyright infringement claim
If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice through our contact page with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the page URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Where to send DMCA requests
Submit all DMCA notices and counter-notifications through our contact page, marked “DMCA”. This is the designated channel for copyright complaints. Notices sent through other channels may not be processed.
Response timeline
We aim to acknowledge and respond to valid DMCA notices within 14 days of receipt. Where a notice is complete and valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through our contact page. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court (see governing law below).
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant pursues a legal remedy.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This website is operated by an individual based in Nepal. All disputes are subject to the laws of Nepal. By submitting a notice under this policy you agree that any legal action must be filed in Nepal jurisdiction.
